I finished to practice in the school restaurant yesterday. My position was a bar person. It was the first time to make drinks, but it was really interesting!
There was another bar person,who is a Chinese class mate. He had had exprience as a bartender, so I could make them by help of him. He kindly told me how to make them and made me comfortable.
I felt a bartender is such an attractive job. Moreover, beverage business can make lots of profits, as Catrina said, "Open a bar!" :D
